Terms of service

Last updated 3 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Unposed, run by Davit Khaburdzania in Georgia. They apply when you use the Unposed app, the App Clip or unposed.camera. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use Unposed. The privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

What Unposed is

A host creates an event and shares its code. Guests use the code to take photos and short clips with their own phones, and the photos open in a shared gallery at the time the host chooses.

Who can use it

  • Hosts must be 18 or older.
  • Guests under 13 may use Unposed only with a parent’s permission.
  • You may not use Unposed where the law forbids it.

Your account

Hosts sign in with Apple or Google. You’re responsible for what happens in your account and at your events. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

Events and guests

  • The host decides who gets the code, how many shots each guest has, what guests may add and when the gallery opens.
  • Anyone with the code can join the event, so share it only with people you’d invite.
  • The host is responsible for their event and its guests.

Your photos

  • You keep ownership of the photos and clips you take.
  • When you add a photo or clip to an event, you allow:
    • the host to keep, download and share it for personal, non-commercial use;
    • the event’s guests to see and save it once the gallery opens, as the host’s settings allow;
    • Unposed to store, copy, process and show it, only to run the service.
  • These permissions end when the photo is deleted, except for copies the host or guests have already saved.
  • We never sell your photos, watermark them, or use them in ads or to train AI.
  • Only share what you have the right to share, and respect the people in your photos.

Rules

Unposed has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don’t:

  • upload anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, intimate images shared without consent, or content that harasses, threatens or promotes hate or violence;
  • photograph people where they expect privacy or after they’ve asked you not to;
  • infringe anyone’s copyright, privacy or other rights;
  • break, overload, probe or get around the security of Unposed, or use it to send spam;
  • pretend to be someone else.

Hosts can hide and delete anything at their event. To report content or a user, email hello@unposed.camera with the event code. We review reports promptly and may remove content, close events or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Payments

  • An event is free for up to 10 guests. A larger event needs a one-time purchase in the App Store, priced in the app before you pay. Purchases are not subscriptions.
  • A purchase applies to one event.
  • Apple takes payment and handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple’s terms apply to App Store purchases.
  • Credits the app gives you have no cash value.

The App Store

If you got Unposed from the App Store: these terms are between you and Unposed, not Apple. Apple has no duty to support or maintain Unposed and isn’t responsible for claims about it. If Unposed fails to meet any warranty, you may tell Apple, who will refund the purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty duty to the extent the law allows. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms against you.

Ending

You can stop using Unposed at any time, and hosts can delete their account in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires it. If we ever close Unposed, we’ll give hosts at least 30 days’ notice to save their photos.

No guarantees

Unposed is provided as it is. We work hard to keep every photo safe, but we can’t promise the service will always be available or that no photo will ever be lost, for example when a phone is lost before its photos finish uploading. Keep your own copies of what matters to you.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Unposed isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the event concerned in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

Georgian law governs these terms, and the courts of Tbilisi hear disputes. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in and may bring a claim there.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and tell hosts in the app about significant changes. Using Unposed after a change means you accept it.
